Throwdown at 12:45 at the corner plaza at Catherine and fourth in front of the Food Co-op. It may be helpful to have a stool. | Sat, September 13, 2025 | Peninsular Park, Ypsilanti 1249 Leforge Rd Ypsilant, MI 48198 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Throw down at 12:45 by the abandoned building with the Peninsular Paper Co. sign. You can get a nice view of the building by being right next to it, in the park. Another viewpoint is from the Peninsular Park Apartment Complex. You can’t park there, if you don’t live there. Walk in, bear left /straight ahead and walk to end of complex for a view of the dam and to see building lettering from the front. It’s under a mile from the building itself. That makes for three nice vantage points! Bring your stool if you want to sit while sketching. |
